1. Early morning after wake up from the bed take Warm half squeeze Lemon water without including salt/sugar/honey. – One Glass

2. Before taking breakfast take Raw vegetable Salad which is not included salt/lemon/pepper. Integridents ( Onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot)

3. Have breakfast without oil… May be brown bread toasted without oil.. Don’t eat fast and not full of stomach. Give a space .. 1/4th space should be there in the stomach. Itseems not heavily

4. If you feel hungry drink buttermilk and fibre content fruit. i..e… Gauva, Orange, Pinneapple, Apple, Black Grapes, Water millon, Papaya, Sweet Lemon.. Tip : Don’t take juice.Eat Raw fruit

5. Eat sprouts and wait for 10mins before taking afternoon lunch. If you take Rice eat less quantity may be 2 cups which includes, dhaal, curry and Rasam/sambar.. Dont take oil content food and drink Butter milk

6. Take coffee/tea without sugar or go for sugar free tablets.. Eat Marie Gold biscuits or similar to that.

7. More hungry repeat sprouts/fruits/vegetable salad

8. vegetable salads/ fruit before taking dinner .. Roti’s or pulkas without oil .. Take only 2 with dhaal. and if you feel hungry can take even butter milk.

9. Drink water as such as you want. Take dinner as early as possible. Idle time 8.00pm.

10. Drink coconut water /diet cokes.. refer previous article (Slimming tips from reputed clinic)

Suggestions : while following this diet please avoid sweets/ oil food/ chat items/ fast foods.. Do exercise aleast for 30mins. if you are in apartments dont use the lift.. so that body will get exercise and you will participate in global warming indirectly.
