When I visited India the first thing I did is purchasing frequent flier for Rs.24000/- for 10 tickets valid for an year. I was told by my friend that I can fly anywhere in india but it was my mistake without rechecking.

I bought the tickets and anyways i bought so I have to roam in South Region itself then I went to Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh and sent my grandma at last finished 6 tickets in a month where as for bus I used to spend Rs.200/- for one time in Volvo.

I left India and came back to India after 10 months and I wanted to use those 4 tickets but after making atleast 50 calls I never get a chance to contact anyone in Airdeccan.

Article Author : Praveen Kumar Batchu I went to counter at the airport they simply say that there supporting systems are under upgrade and they cannot assist now and they have given me 5 of the email-ids to contact and emailed them aleast 5-6 times mostly they will bounce back saying mailbox is full, that means they are not even checking there emails for long time and no support was alive.

I forgot my password and I cannot reset nor login on site, I don’t have any bills as I bought them online. At airport counter they have given Bangalore head office number which no one picked up and last I complained in government website for grievance site after a month they contacted me requesting not to complain there and asking me to directly contact them and at last do you guys thin they have given me those 4 tickets ?

After few conversation I told my self that they are expired a month ago but I didn’t use because of AirDeccan’s customer support problem, they simply said its not there problem and they can’t help in it and I can’t use my tickets. If the same thing happens in any other country they can sue them, but in our country customer is treated worst please change the country. PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE FREQUEST FLIER TICKETS.

Try to reduce flying Air deccan as it is bought by kingfisher they are making it worst than before, when airdeccan was not bought by kingfisher the flights used to be late every single time they never travelled on time and after hired by kingfisher flights are getting cancelled and they are transferring the tickets to kingfisher which is double expensive than airdeccan. These type of flights why do we need to fly ?

Let the plans get postponded but don’t travel under these type of circumstances and cheaters.

Many has feelings about Tamilnadu and thinks they are rude and not friendly they don’t speak any other language other than Tamil, but when you visit Ooty you will never feel such.

Article Author : Praveen Kumar Batchu

We went to Ooty by flight, there is no direct flight to Ooty as it is a hill station so we need to get down at Mettupalayam which is around 30 km I guess I don’t remember exact distance, I have given around 600Rs to drive me from there to nearby “Black thunder resort” it’s a wonderful resort to stay you will not forget that place one’s you visit such a nice hospitality and friendly environment though its expensive around $60 (as per Indian standards) this resort is a must to visit, and main thing Is no one expecting to grab money from you as they do in Agra. Next day morning we catch the famous ‘Toy Train’ its good to see for around 60km you will have to sit in the train for atleast 5 hours to reach top, guess what train moves only 15km per hour like you are in a boat, first 2 hours you will be excited seeing the views and greenery and slowly you will be seeing the same all over to top which will make you feel bore, of course you can’t sit and see same thing for 5 hours. Remember this point that while going on train you will see such a great construction on top of hills it’s a hotel “sagar resorts” while in train we were thinking it will be expensive but let’s stay there.

After reaching top we were thinking how to communicate with locals huh you can’t believe the way they speak Hindi so fast as if its their mother tongue and clearly you can understand that’s the only place I can say in south India fluent Hindi speakers are there I guess and almost 90% of them speak Hindi first I have hired a taxi who said its only Rs 30 to go to hotel he will be having a very good picture album for hotel one’s he take you to that hotel 100% you will not like it they construct in a good place but they don’t maintain it properly the same problem for all Indians. So we rejected that hotel and went to a resort “sagar resort” it has such a great view but the again the same hotel is not maintained luckily its non season so the room rents are halved so we stayed there only for view, rooms are ok not bad. We have taken an auto and went to see Ooty town which is not too big it’s very clean better than TajMahal site J … Auto is very cheap and in nights believe it’s very cold you can’t stay without sweater.

Next day we hired a car for whole day which is very less Rs 750 he will take you to few places around Ooty, like tea production plants and tea estates and you can purchase good tea and some oils which will help you in some body pains I think they work though I am not sure, we went to boating which is a artificial lake but after coming out of that boating there will be some shops which sell magic shows and other things no need to buy there as they are expensive may be you can bargain good then go ahead. By evening 5 pm we were back to resort. Then back to Hyderabad the next day.

Have a wonderful visit to Ooty where there are no cheaters and you can spend more days but there are no places to visit except just to sit at hotel and enjoy the view and climate.

Strong reason asking for not to vote.

I was having such a great expectations to visit Tajmahal in agra but after visiting the place all my expectations are watered away.

I went from Hyderabad to Agra by flight and from Agra to Delhi on train, please remember trains are always one hour late in India by any chance if you are late for 5minutes than the train timings on that day it will leave on time, whenever you book train to catch flight make sure you have atleast 2h 30min gap.

All over agra you will find 90% are cheaters they will always try to cheat you including your hotel manager, i stayed in a hotel called Utkarsh vilas the hotel is newly renewed looks good opposite you have a good shopping complex to visit but the food is not good and the managers always try to grab money from you. I have asked him to help me finding a cab to go out for city tour the actual price is Rs 1200 but he will say it is Rs 1800 because he will not cheat you or some nonsense though i agreed to pay him the taxi driver takes you to a sweet shop / to a guide / to a baba’s place to put garland for 10Rs item they will charge you Rs 300 minimum on top of that these taxi drivers have comissions in everything.

As of my experience i can suggest you to visit to Utkarsh vilas but donot trust any guy and Please DONOT eat at restaurant “Only restaurant” the hotel manager suggests you to go there and taxi driver too take you there, but please never eat there the worst place.

Always go to two or three travel agents around and enquire for a cab for a day which is not more than Rs. 1200 per day.

While we were entering TajMahal entrance itself is not attractive, to reach taj from main gate you will need to walk half a kilometer on your way to reach Taj you can see people selling Peanuts masala packets and other country stuff which ressembles how India is to all foreigners.

After reaching there it was so cold i felt little fresh and waiting for sun rise to see the glow of TajMahal, though i didnt feel much beauty on this i was also started taking snaps as everyone are… I can see little cleanliness as soon as i enter may thats the day started so they might have clean previous night. I was expecting the garden to be clean and greanery but the garden was completely dry and no greenary around and foutains were not working too.

After few clicks i was walking towards the Great Taj i can see two kids doing urine in those garden and i can see a old lady next to them asking to do fast thats the most embarassing thing to me, even if i ask they will answer rude so i didnt bother and no guardian inside watching the gardens nor looking at people what they are doing.

Inside the tomb is constructed as a replica of original tomb because the original one is underneath and its very dark to enter and many inconviniences, even that is fine but there are no writings around to know what it is constructed for and why is it constructed and anything else its a very big tourist place where foreigners visit for them to know we need to put a note.

No writings around to explain what it is and all i request not to vote next time for seven wonders and the famous fatehpur sikhri gate is worst with bees and cheaters around.

We are spoiling our country and our government is not protecting our so called monuments and hiding the truth behind the monuments Many say that Tajmahal is Lord Siva temple why don’t government raise a commission with archealogists and do necessary enquiries and clear what it is? I know why they are afraid they might not get votes next time from Muslims if they prove it as Siva temple so how many years do they hide truth for this reason?.

I suggest you not to visit this place as an important place in India, as an Indian to write this article makes me feel sad but the truth is truth this all because of lacking of strong and good government.

My friend recently travelled from Hyderabad(india) to Chicago(United States) on April 11th 2008. He has very good experiences in travelling across the world. I am posting his experience in Air-India while travelling to United States..

Author : Praveen Kumar Batchu

The worst experience travelled so far is Air india worst than air deccan(domestic airlines).

I have recently traveled from Hyderabad – Chicago, from Hyderabad to mumbai there is a flight and from there i need to change the flight.

All the airhostess are old enough to retire and lost there patience in treating customers on top of that there is a water leakage inside the plane.

From Mumbai – chicago to London Airhostess are aged above 50yrs and rude in behaving even with old people shout at them and i can see proudness on their face for working so long for AirIndia, a co passenger having a child in hands and not able to put her baggage in the rack instead of helping she says you do yourself i will help you in carrying baby, i dont know why do they do that when everyone else help in that, they are too worst.

In London they call it as security check just bring out of plane and make us go around a kilometer for nothing and then come back to the same place during the security check they mainly do is removing milk powder from bags and removing some other items which will be useful for kids food. This is stupidity.

From London to chicago airhostess were better than the first in courtesy but not too good. on top of that after landing in chicago it is by default lugguage is missing and i am without lugguage for 2 days they dont provide hotel / money after sharing this with my friends they all said the same on Air india missing baggage from mumbai to chicago is common and regular. The best part many old people travel in airindia is for food they provide some Indian food like biryani rest all breakfast is same continental style. zero entertainment.

I suggest not to travel in any Airindia flights when they dont have any courtesy nor good flights they are spoiling image of India across the world. Please stop traveling AirIndia.
