It true that the Customer Care Executives has taking the adventage of work and they doesnot know the value of time
and also how to suggest the Customers. If we request any
suggesition they feel that they are boss to us and we are
subordnates to them.We are the Customers they forgot that.

You actually seem to be travelling by airlines only occasionally.. Because, you have not yet experienced the racist treatment you get from many renowned international airline.. Air India treats passengers a lot better..

Requiring passangers to vacate the aircraft at an international (third country) stop over is not Air India specific.. Its same for all the airliners anywhere you go…

Losing baggage is another world wide phenomenon.. On an average, one in 150 baggages is misdirected.. And keeping your important stuff like money in checked baggage shows how frequent traveller you are…

Stop Air India bashing…
