Telephone Bill

The phone bill was exceptionally high and the man of the house called a family meeting…

Dad: People this is unacceptable. You have to limit the use of the phone. I do not use this phone, I use the one at the office.

Mum: Same here, I hardly use this home telephone as I use my work telephone

Son: Me too, I never use the home phone. I always use my company mobile

Maid: So, what is the problem? We all use our work telephones

His name was Fleming, and he was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to make a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby boy. He dropped his tools and ran to the boy.

There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.

This is given by one of the biggest health slimming / beauty clinic in india. It has very good name and popular.

1. Learn alternate method of cooking. Use microwave-oven, non-stick pan, sugar-free tablets, toned-milk, diet-cool drink etc.. Always use less oil, butterm cream, cheese, ghee, salt and sugar. Prefer roast or grill.. Avoid fried food.

2. Plan your day in advance. If going to visit friends, eat less at home.

3. Don’t keep tempting food around if you cannot cope with them. Don’t go for the shopping when you are hungry
